About 2.17 acres: three contiguous wooded lots in the Forest Ridge subdivision offered together, a nice private setting with room for a home and outbuildings. Parcels: 103 Watauga Ct (160744, 0.69 ac, Lot 33), 109 Watauga Ct (160745, 0.66 ac, Lot 34) and 115 Watauga Ct (160746, 0.82 ac, part of Lot 35). 103 is a corner lot with frontage on paved, state-maintained Forest Ridge Dr (NCDOT SR-1735) and a concrete driveway already in place; 109 and 115 sit beside it on the platted Watauga Ct right of way. Underground power in the subdivision. Zoned R-2 by Gaston County, which allows site-built, modular and double-wide manufactured homes; single-wide homes are not allowed. No well or septic is in place yet; the recorded Forest Ridge plat notes the subdivision as generally suitable for at least a two-bedroom septic system, subject to the county permit. The property is less than a quarter mile from the proposed Carolina Lithium mine.
